Important shipping and inventory information

Shipping 

    • Over 96% of our orders leave our warehouse within 5 business days. 
    • More than 50% of those leave in 3 business days or less
    • On top of that, please consider the shipping speed chosen for an estimated delivery time.
    • We do ship internationally to many countries worldwide. Please take in consideration your country's rules and regulations regarding customs prior to purchase. Delivery times may be severely delayed depending on the country we're shipping to. Panchala.com is not responsible for lost or delayed items.
    • International shipments may incur customs fees. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size.

      We do not take responsibility for customs fees.

 Order never arrived

If your order didn't end up arriving, be sure to let us know!
First check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost.
If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at orders@panchala.com, noting your order number and we'll take it from there.

 

Damaged items

The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If it arrives to you damaged, then please get in touch with us within a week's time!

 

 Inventory

    • Although highly unlikely, some items may become unavailable with no prior notice, which may impact variants such as color or size, and therefore, affect the delivery time of your order.
    • We work with a more limited stock because we don't offshore our production – we work with fewer domestic partners only.
    • Fulfillment/shipping may be delayed if the item you choose goes out of stock. 
    • Should your order be affected by low inventory levels, you'll be notified and we'll follow up to find you the best outcome, together.   

 

In some cases due to domestic unavailability, some items you find in our store may have imported components. All our items, however, are individually designed, printed, and packed in California.
